An HIV positive love story that seems like an honest portrayal.. The liner notes mention this is Peeters first book translated into English. ahhhhhhhh thats it..it's French. Much of the dialogue has a sort of difficult flow, very bumpy. I still don't understand why after knowing this man for so long and having so many boring and snobbish encounters with him, she decides to sort of commit her and her sons life to him? Is it the disease?

This graphic novel was very eye-opening. The book/memoir deals with a condition that I have not been remotely exposed to, and feel unfortunate for not having been well educated on those with this condition.
